“I had Pure Restore perform extensive mold remediation at my company and the results were beyond what I had imagined. They did such a good job my employees thought they repainted the building! Some highlights from their work: 1. For the good health of the people in the building and the quality of the work being done, the risk of mold can shut down a business if ignored. Pure Restore fully reversed this for us, my team is excited, refreshed, and their work is better than ever. 2. They found mold nearly invisible in dry wall that was saturated with moisture that we never before noticed. Their demolition of that dry wall was safer and more cost effective than hiring a contractor. 3. They were able to set up containment areas that minimized disruption of our workflow, so we could continue doing what we do. 4. They provided extensive documentation for insurance and quality of work for me as a remote manager. 5. Their communication and willingness to provide education for me exceded all other bids I received so left feeling more like an expert myself rather than a secret process being gatekept. 6. The quality of their work was so good, not a speck of mold was left behind, and the walls looked so new that my team thought they had painted the walls after. “In October 2023, our main sewage line backed up and we needed someone to come out, quickly, to help us manage it. I found Pure Restore and they came out the same day and cleaned up the mess. The guys who came out that first time were so understanding and professional. I had already been having a rough day before this happened, so by the time they got here I was in tears from the added stress. They explained things in an easy to understand way. After cleaning things up and putting out fans and an enormous dehumidifier, they walked me through the rest of what the process would be. Pure Restore doesn't just do the clean up of the mess. They also helped with dealing with my insurance claim, which was a life saver. Insurance claims can be a nightmare. Once they got their final estimate in to insurance and got approval, they gave me info to a flooring company to pick the new flooring. Then, they replaced the flooring. Pure Restore did!!! Which meant that I didn't have to hire a separate contractor to repair the damage. From start to finish, it all took about 4 months. That time frame included the installation of the new flooring (which we HAD to replace due to the fact that it was sewer water that came up). The part that took the longest was getting the new flooring in (which came from a different company) and insurance. I'm 100% certain it would have taken WAY longer for this all to be finished if I had to deal with insurance alone as well as hire more than one company to help. Pure Restore went way above and beyond what was expected and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of help. I definitely know who I will call if I ever need help of this kind again.”

“TJ and his crew showed up ready to get our kitchen back in shape after a "water event" that flooded us under the sink and then down to the basement. After two days of drying out we were ready to tackle the "build back" process. They were so good and so fast that our lives were barely interrupted. (Our two cats may vote differently on this, but I'm the one with the computer!) We are using the same company to fix up our kitchen cabinet and floor, and get us back to where we started. We found what appeared to be a severe problem needing remediation in our home; within a few hours, two techs were on-site and thoroughly investigating the problem. After their investigation, they explained their findings, and even provided instruction for how to mitigate the issue ourselves since it happened to be quite isolated and not as severe as first thought. They said that they would be happy to do whatever work we were not comfortable with handling, but basically helped us understand what needed to happen and that they thought we might be able to handle the work ourselves along with a professional plumber.
