Commercial Restoration in Spokane, WA

A closed building costs you something every day, so we plan commercial restoration in Spokane around getting you open again. That might mean lost sales, staff with nowhere to work, or a Sunday service in a borrowed room. We keep owners, tenants and staff informed, work around the parts of the building still in use, and clean up after ourselves as we go.

Clear communication the whole way.

In a house, we update one family. In an apartment building, a church or a school, dozens of people want to know when the hallway reopens. We’ll send you short, plain updates you can forward without editing: what happened, what we’re doing, which areas are off limits, and when we expect that to change.

Buildings full of people

We work in apartment buildings, dormitories, hotels, schools and churches, as well as offices and shops. Each has its own rules about access, noise and hours. We’ll ask about them up front, schedule the loud work for when it bothers the fewest people, and keep hallways and exits clear for everyone still coming and going.

Working around the parts still in use

We meet you or your property manager on site, find the source, and mark which areas are affected and which can stay open. The affected areas get closed off so the rest of the building stays usable while the drying and cleanup run. Repairs to walls, floors and finishes come last, and we walk the space with you before handing it back.

One set of records for everyone on the claim

A commercial loss can involve an owner, a management company, tenants with their own policies and more than one adjuster. Everyone who needs the photos and readings gets the same set from us. More about insurance claim help.

“The mitigation engineers at Pure Restore are top notch! They were quick to respond to our emergency, and handled it in a very thorough manner. Their professionalism and expertise is beyond reproach! In addition, their salt of the earth friendliness makes me want to be friends with them outside of the business. I feel very comfortable saying that they will always be the ones I call, when needed:-)”

Questions from owners and managers

Can we stay open while you work?

Part of the building often can. We close off the affected areas and plan the work around the spaces you need. If an area shouldn’t be used yet, we’ll say so and explain why.

Can you work outside business hours?

Our phones are answered 24 hours, 7 days a week. If noisy or disruptive work needs to happen after you close, tell us at the start and we’ll talk through what’s possible.

Who do you keep informed?

Whoever you choose. We agree on one contact on your side, then send updates in a form you can pass along to tenants, staff, members or parents.

We are here for you.

Whatever happened, call and talk to a real person. We'll tell you what we'd do next, whether we perform the work or not.
