You’ve got enough going on already.

People don’t call us on good days. They call when something’s leaking, broken, contaminated, damaged, or overwhelming. Our job is bigger than drying structures or rebuilding walls. Our job is helping people feel taken care of when life gets messy.

Many customers are overwhelmed, emotional, or unfamiliar with insurance and restoration. We believe vulnerable moments require more transparency — not less.

We’re not selling:

  • drying equipment,
  • demolition,
  • moisture readings.

We’re selling:

  • relief,
  • rescue,
  • competence,
  • calm during chaos.

Here’s what happens next.

We’ll explain everything as we go.

  1. You call us

A real person picks up, day or night. Tell us what happened and we’ll tell you what to do in the meantime.

  2. We come and look

We find where the damage started and how far it traveled, including behind walls and under floors.

  3. We explain what we found

You hear the plan, the timeline and how the bill works before work starts. If insurance is involved, we document everything for the claim.

  4. We fix it

We dry, clean and remove only what has to go, then rebuild what got wrecked.

  5. We walk through it with you

Before we pack up, you see the finished work and ask anything you like.

Insurance headaches? Pass it to us.

Most people have never filed a property claim. We photograph and measure the damage, talk with your adjuster, and keep you posted, so you always know what’s happening and why.

How we help with insurance claims

Homeowner deductible, explained like a normal person

It’s the amount you pay before your policy pays the rest. Your policy sets it, not us, and we make sure you know the number before work starts.

Mitigation vs reconstruction

Mitigation stops the damage: water out, materials dried, spread stopped. Reconstruction puts the house back together. Insurers usually handle them as two parts of one claim. We do both.

Why drying takes so long

Wood, drywall and subfloor hold water long after the surface feels dry. The equipment stays until the wood underneath has dried too.

Things homeowners do before calling us

POV: you’ve officially entered the “maybe the leak will stop itself” phase.

  • Putting 14 fans around a flooded room
  • Using a hair dryer on wet drywall
  • Painting over mold
  • Odor blocking primer can only do so much heavy lifting
  • Shop-vac heroics
  • “My cousin can fix it”
  • Used all the towels in the house and the floor is still wet?
  • Regret putting your items in a cardboard box instead of plastic?
  • Room still smells musty after you dried it out?
  • 5 gallon bucket almost full of water
  • Smeared the soot trying to clean up?

We help when the DIY didn’t work.

Anybody can do the physical work. How we treat people is what sets us apart.

We asked our crew what they tell people about this job. Here’s some of what they said.

“Our expectation isn’t that you are just willing to leave a 5-star review, but that you actually want to.”
Auston, water mitigation and insurance
“Our business is people, not necessarily water, repair or mold. That is just our means to serve people.”
Joni, payroll and accounts
“We try to take on as much of the weight as we can so the customer doesn’t have added stress.”
Jaymes, fire and water mitigation
“We care more about quality than a quick buck.”
Zac, reconstruction
